General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) – SAPENATION

Welcome to SAPENATION! By placing an order on our site, you accept the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).

1. Purpose

These GTC cover the rights and obligations of SAPENATION and its customers in the context of the online sale of our products.

2. Products and Availability

Our jerseys are offered subject to availability. In case of stockout after your order, we will inform you and offer you a refund or an exchange.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

  • You select your items and add them to your cart.
  • You enter your contact details and choose your delivery method.
  • You make the secure payment via the proposed options.
  • An order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods available on our site

Any order is considered final after payment validation.

4. Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed are in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Any customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 15 to 30 business days after processing.
  • Express Delivery: 7 to 15 business days after processing.

Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days before shipping.

5.2 Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays related to customs or carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided that:
✅ The product is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
✅ The tag is still attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.

🚨 Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.

7. Warranty and Liability

Our products comply with current standards. However, we are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of our items.
