Return and Refund Policy

At SAPENATION, your satisfaction is our priority. We have designed a simple and transparent return policy to ensure a confident shopping experience.

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order was received.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.
  

• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not refundable.

3. Minor Defects or Shipping-Related Defects

• Our jerseys may sometimes have slight manufacturing irregularities (pulled threads, small minor sewing or printing defects). These elements do not affect the use of the product and cannot be subject to return or refund.

• In case of significant shipping damage (torn packaging, heavily damaged item, etc.), we invite you to refuse the package or to file a claim directly with the carrier, as SAPENATION cannot be held responsible once the package has been shipped.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of clear error on our part (sending the wrong item, major manufacturing defect, etc.).

5. Return and Refund Process

1. Contact : Send an email to sapenation.store@hotmail.com to initiate a return request.

2. Instructions : We will provide you with the steps to follow to return the item to us.

3. Inspection : Once the item is received and verified, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Exceptions

• Gift cards, personalized products (including flocked jerseys), or any item damaged after receipt are not refundable.
